From whole porcupine bezoars (porcupine dates) to sealed sachets of powder, the Essence Extraction version goes through four production steps: Ultrasonic Breakdown Technology, Essence Extraction Technology, Ambient Purification Technology, and Aseptic Manufacturing and Packaging. Here is what each step does.
The Essence Extraction version of porcupine bezoar is produced in four steps. Ultrasonic Breakdown Technology first turns the porcupine bezoars into an even powder. Essence Extraction Technology then concentrates the essence. Ambient Purification Technology removes impurities and bacteria. Finally, Aseptic Manufacturing and Packaging vacuum-seals the powder in 0.4 g sachets.
A porcupine bezoar is a hard stone, so it can't go straight into extraction. The first step is to turn it into powder.
Miracle Medicine places multiple porcupine bezoars from the same batch together and breaks them down with Ultrasonic Breakdown Technology. High-frequency ultrasonic vibration ensures every bezoar is broken down evenly into a powder of uniform particle size. With an even particle size, the essence inside the porcupine bezoar is easier to extract in the next step.
To be clear, this step only changes particle size. However fine the powder, its essence concentration and impurity ratio stay the same.
This is the core of the whole process.
The powder then goes through Essence Extraction using a unique machine. In a sterile, controlled environment, the essence in the porcupine bezoar powder is concentrated and extracted, while plant residue and other impurities are separated out.
Miracle Medicine uses Essence Extraction. We do not use nanotechnology.
After Essence Extraction, every batch must go through Ambient Purification Technology.
The two steps deal with different things. Essence Extraction concentrates the essence from the porcupine bezoar powder, while Ambient Purification Technology follows it and thoroughly removes two kinds of residue still left in the powder:
The final step is packaging.
Packing takes place in an aseptic environment, and every portion of powder is vacuum-sealed separately. Vacuum sealing removes the air from the sachet, and once it is sealed, outside air and bacteria cannot get in.
Each sachet weighs 0.4 g, the same as the traditional versions.
